Rian Terveer-Couperus
Rian represents the Dutch patient advocacy for ELBCC. She is also a patient advocate for the Breast Cancer Organisation Netherlands (BVN) and Zorgbelang Fryslân. She chairs the Dutch ILC Foundation Lobulair Borstkanker.
Siobhán Freeney
Siobhán heads and represents Lobular Ireland within ELBCC and founded beingdense.com, which aims at raising awareness for the impact of breast density on the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer, in particular ILC.
Claire Louise Turner
Claire represents the United Kingdom for ELBCC and is heading Lobular Breast Cancer UK.
Tone Lien
Tone represents the Norwegian and Nordic patient advocacy for ELBCC.
Esther Geven
Esther Geven represents – together with Rian- the Dutch patient advocacy for ILC. She is co-heading the Dutch ILC Foundation Lobulair Borstkanker.
Hélène Bonval
Hélène represents the French patient advocacy for ELBCC.

Silvia Knoll
Silvia is living in Vienna and is our patient advocate for Austria. Being educated as a clinical and health psychologist, she currently works as Medical Scientific Liaison in the field of hematology.
The ELBCC and its advocates have strong ties with Foundation and Patient Advocacy organisations around the World. We collaborate with them to increase awareness for ILC amongst patients and doctors, and to raise funding for research to better understand, diagnose and treat ILC.
